We really enjoyed being here during our few days in Orlando. This home had everything that a family would need for both indoor and outdoor use. Very organized which made things easy to understand, especially which towels to use for the pool area. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet. My children enjoyed the pool while I bbq'd. We even saw an Aligator out there!!! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. It was beautiful. PS. My boys loved all teh games. Big plus!! Thanks again. We hope to be back again. We had a fabulous week filled with surf fun/Disney 5 days. The house was beautiful and well equipped although some hooks for towels by the pool and in the bathrooms would be useful, The kids loved their room an the games/video/toys to play with. We enjoyed the king suite and the spacious living room/kitchen areas. We left a couple of necessities for the next guests as we didn’t have any soap, paper towels, Kleenex when we arrived and we got there late. A great holiday all in all and will be back. Thanks to the homeowner for providing such a wonderful home away from home! The home dacor was beautiful and we love the colour tones! Great taste! A recycling bin is needed âs we found we had a lot of waste and felt terrible for putting everything in the garbage. Thanks from the Masters family and the Van Tol family. Great home. All the comforts and more! Clean, bright, modern and spacious. Well equipped. We had 4 couples staying for 10 days and it was great. Good location & neighbourhood. Loved the pool with full day sun and the covered deck for shade. We would definately recommend this vacation home. |

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Our children enjoyed every minute. My 3yr old would like to live here full time. Very peacful and relaxing. Were hoping to be back next year. We have purchased some pool noodles and are leaving them so others can enjoy and so we might have them for next year. Thanks again

This vacation house was a huge part of why our trip was perfect! We have two kids and they were more excited about the house, than going to any of the parks! We could have stayed at the house most of the time and they would have been great with that. Our favorite place we visited while there was Clearwater Marine Aquarium that is a couple hours drive. It is where Winter, the dolphin lives. She was in the movie Dolphin Tale. It is a rescue facility that rehabilitates all sorts animals. That was awesome. It is on the Clearwater beach, which is Trip Advisor's #1 beach in Florida. It is miles of beautiful turquoise water & white sand. The theme parks were awesome and we were all glad we decided to go to Florida for our vacation. We loved it so much that we will go back soon & see everything else! It's impossible to do everything there is to do in one trip. This house has lots of room, the beds were really comfy, it was clean, organized and very nicely decorated. The ducks, shore birds and alligator (in the lake & not a threat to anything) kept us entertained! We are going to miss the little baby duck that came to visit with his momma all the time. It was so cute! So, if you are looking for a spot to relax and also be close to the parks, this house is perfect. Thank you owners for sharing your beautiful home and helping us fall in love with Florida! We will be back! :) |
The house was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. It was a perfect size and decorated very tastefully. The pictures shown in the listing are accurate to what is there. We all enjoyed the pool to relax in after long days at the Disney Parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to spend the early mornings drinking coffee on the lanai and watching all of the ducks and other birds. We loved the gator!! (from a distance!!) We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone that would like a nice place to go and still feel like you were at home! The owner was a joy to work with. Very fast with emails and answers to any questions that we had. Thank you Len. |

This Villa is a cracking find. We absolutely loved our stay at The Water's Edge. The Villa is very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms, with one en-suite, and one twin. The kitchen is very well equipped and it really has a home from home feel to it. Outside has a fabulous pool which has great views over the lake where there is an abundance of wildlife from gator's to otters and many other birds. The pool also gets the sun from sunrise to about 1800 hour. The Villa is clean and tidy throughout and the property manger is very helpful. If your just looking to sit back and relax then this villa is very well suited as the area is very quite. If your looking to explore all the parks then it is again fantastic as you are only 20 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes to Universal and Wet N Wild. The NASA space centre is just over an hour away and Busch Gardens about 1.5 hours away. The Villa is only 10 minutes from the 192 which has every type of eating establishment and a large Wal-Mart. We loved our time at the villa and only wished we were still back there. The decorative colours bought out the beauty of this home. I have stayed at many hi end hotels and had complaints and fear of bed bugs. Your home had all the comforts of a home. We loved the pool and the peacefulness of the night and sunrise. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and we will recommend and return again. We even saw a Gator in the lake ...up close! Amazing! What a fabulous place to vacation! We loved every bit of our stay here, and plan to make this our yearly vacation spot! Tons of room, and the layout was perfect for us - privacy for all. Very clean and includes all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and games room, and my daughter loved all the movies and games for her! Close to everything, including shopping and Disney! Can't wait to go back! |

When we walked in....said "WOW" going to like staying here. First impression was the cleanest of houses and very well decorated. Our son (37) was right at home with the poster of the "Maple Leafs" in the garage as this is his team. Had a propane issue but it was resolved within minutes thanks to Marcy. We arrived to a clean and welcoming home that was modern and roomy. We enjoyed the relaxing times by the pool, the view from the dining room and had a ball in the games room! Our kids loved their room and there was a fair bit of privacy within the house the way the bedrooms are layed out as well as lots of sitting area choices. The TV could be on and yet we could still have a tea and chat in the sitting room without distraction. We have recommended this great vacation spot to many of our friends and hope to make another trip back soon! The kids ask us every day "when are we moving back to our Florida house"! Thank you for making our first family vacation so perfect! |

Thank you for providing such a beautiful home that made our vacation so relaxing. Our compliments to the decorator, excellent choice of colours and furnishings. The cleanliness of the home was A+. The view of the lake is perfect. We loved the beautiful sunrise and the birds and ducks. Thank you also for providing so many games for the children. We enjoyed the pool, pool deck and BBQ grill.
